Ciara Lynch

Ciara Lynch joined Sims IVF / Virtus Health in November 2022 as Head of Human Resources for Ireland & UK. Ciara has a vast range of executive leadership experience, leading the people & culture functions across various organisations and sectors, both public and private. Ciara is excited to lead the HR function in Ireland and UK, and work with the Sims / Virtus Health teams, to support the delivery of the people agenda. To celebrate the diversity of our colleagues and patients and treat everyone equally and with respect are the values that Ciara knew this was the place she was meant to be.

She recently graduated from the Kings Inns, with a higher Diploma in Applied Employment Law, previously achieved a Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Diploma in Mediation and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

The ability to build trusting relationships, with all stakeholders, influence decision-making, be the champion of people, embrace change and be an empathetic leader has supported Ciara throughout her career. Ciara maintains a balance of both strategic and operational focus; she coaches and supports leaders and teams to achieve organisational goals sustainably.
