Cork Clinic Manager
Caroline O’Dea joined Sims IVF Clinic, Cork as Clinic Manager, December 2018. In her role Caroline is responsible for the development of Cork IVF clinic services, the highest quality care to our patients and for the leadership, motivation and management of the Sims IVF Cork team.
Prior to joining the Sims team, Caroline spent 16 years supporting primary school leaders in her role as Operations Manager at the Irish Primary Principals’ Network (IPPN). This role involved developing, implementing and embedding work systems and programmes to support IPPN’s staff and the Board of Directors; delivering professional supports & services to IPPN’s members.
Caroline holds an MSc in Business Practice with post-grad diplomas in Data Business & Finance. Caroline also studied Business Administration with additional studies in corporate governance, leadership, management & coaching. Her career path has seen her work in a number of support and executive roles in Ireland, UK, Netherlands & Australia. Caroline currently volunteers on the Board of Directors of her local Family Resource Centre.
