Caroline O'Dea

Caroline O’Dea joined Sims IVF Clinic, Cork as Clinic Manager, December 2018. In her role Caroline is responsible for the development of Cork IVF clinic services, the highest quality care to our patients and for the leadership, motivation and management of the Sims IVF Cork team. Ensuring compliance and best practice is embedded in a patient-centred environment; Caroline is committed to the best possible experience for our Cork patients on their fertility journey. Prior to joining the Sims team, Caroline spent 16 years supporting primary school leaders in her role as Operations Manager at the Irish Primary Principals’ Network (IPPN). Caroline holds an MSc in Business Practice with post-grad diplomas in Data Business & Finance.
