Caitriona has been with the Cork team since 2016.

Caitriona graduated with an honours in Biochemistry from National University of Ireland Galway in 2008. She then went on to complete a Masters in Reproductive and Developmental Biology at Imperial College London in 2009. One of her first roles was as a trainee and clinical embryologist at Jessop Fertility Sheffield from 2010 to 2016. During this time completed ACE certificate training and HCPC registration. Caitriona Joined Sims in November 2016 as a Senior Embryologist, and took on position of Lead Embryologist at Sims Cork from July 2018. Caitriona has been the Laboratory Manager in Cork since 2019.
