    Quality Department at Sims IVF

Welcome to the Sims IVF Quality Department

Quality

Welcome to the Quality Department of Sims IVF. We are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and excellence in all aspects of our services. Our commitment to quality is at the heart of everything we do, as we understand the profound impact fertility treatments can have on the lives of our patients.

Our Quality Policy

Since 1997 Sims IVF has been committed to providing a quality service in a safe environment. It is the policy of Sims IVF to consistently meet or exceed our patient’s expectations.

Quality objectives are established and reviewed through the management review programme. Our strategy, which values our patients and our staff, aims to provide a consistent, quality service to meet their needs. We continue to build on our experience and significant progress to date, with a view to adapting to the changing needs of our patients.

Sims IVF has implemented a Quality Management System (QMS). The effectiveness of the QMS is maintained through team work and the commitment of staff. The directors and management of Sims IVF rely on internal audit, success statistics, patient and third party feedback to continually gauge our progress and advise us upon how we can improve our services. The Clinic supports the implementation of independent quality monitoring as an added guarantee of quality of care for patients.

Sims IVF ensures that all employees understand their responsibility to the QMS and encourages a policy of open communication and involvement. Our on-going education and training programme ensures staff receive QMS training as well as attending training workshops designed to continually develop their skills.

The Sims Team is committed to complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, Irish and European, Tissues and Cells Legislation and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
