Dr. Mamoun Bereir is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland , and a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
He obtained a Master in Human Reproduction , Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Ian Donald Inter-University School ,Croatia and a graduate certificate in Obstetric ultrasound from National University of Ireland .
He completed his medical school and postgraduate training in Sudan and was awarded a doctorate degree(MD) from the University of Khartoum . Since 2007 ,Dr. Mamoun has trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in various hospitals in Ireland and UK.
In 2015 he underwent a specialised training in Reproductive Medicine ,with a Clinical Fellowship at Rotunda IVF for two years .He then worked as Consultant in Reproductive Medicine in CARE Fertility, a large renowned fertility clinics group in UK . He has recently joined Sims IVF Swords clinic .
Dr. Mamoun is a certified trainer for the British Fertility Society specialist training modules : Management of infertile couples, Assisted Reproduction, Embryo Transfer and Intra-Uterine Insemination and Pelvic Ultrasound . He is a member of the European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology .
He has several publications in the field of reproductive medicine . He lectured medical students from the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland.
He has a special interest in recurrent implantation failure, recurrent miscarriage and reproductive immunology.
Dr. Mamoun believes in individually tailored treatment plans specific to each patient and continuous support towards the subfertile couples throughout their treatment journey
