Steve McGettigan - Chief Executive Officer Steve joined the team at Sims as General Manager in March 09 having served as a non executive Director for the past ten years. He has a Masters Degree in Management from Trinity College Dublin and brings with him a wealth of experience gained at senior management level in several different organizations.
Steve has responsibility for all the non medical functions operating within the clinic.

Gráinne Murray - Quality Manager Gráinne took up the post of Quality Manager in May 2007. She had previously worked at Sims Clinic in administration and projects for five years. Since beginning at the Sims Clinic she has completed an ECDL qualification along with a Certificate in Personnel Practice (C.I.P.D). Gráinne recently completed a Diploma in Project Management through distance learning with University of Limerick. In June she attended a course which qualifies her to become an internal Quality Management Systems auditor. In September 2007 Gráinne is due to commence a B.Sc. in Quality through Distance Learning with IT Sligo.

Maria Madden - Quality OfficerMaria joined Sims as a Quality Officer in August 2009 having previously worked for a leading DNA-based solutions company in the agri-food industry for almost two years in a combined laboratory and quality role. Maria graduated from Dublin City University with a B.Sc in Analytical Science (Hons.) and hopes to pursue further study in quality in the coming year. Maria provides support to the quality manager at Sims and will continue to implement, develop and grow the quality management system.

Elaine Stamps - Administrative Supervisor Elaine began working at the Sims Clinic in August 2003 as receptionist/secretary. Coming from a secretarial and banking background she brings with her excellent communication and IT skills. Elaine covers the reception desk and is responsible for answering queries, maintaining the dairy and invoicing patients. Elaine is available to speak to patients and to make appointments by phone. |

Sorcha O'Neill - Clinic Administrator Sorcha joined the Sims team in September 2007 with a background in Banking and experience in varied PA roles, Sorcha brings excellent communication skills to this role. Sorcha has completed a TEFL certificate in languages. On returning from Spain where she lived and worked for a number of years Sorcha completed the ECDL qualification giving her an excellent level of IT skills. Sorcha now shares responsibility for day to day clinic administration and customer care. |

Katarzyna Szczesniak - Clinic Administrator Katarzyna received her education at Law and Economic University in Poland 2001, graduating with Bachelor’s degree in Administration. Fallowing some time spent working in the Engineering College as Administrator/Receptionist in Poland. Katarzyna has come to Ireland where she has been living and working for the past three years. She has worked in retail pharmacy for two years holding sales assistant position bringing her excellent communication and customer service skills. Katarzyna joined Sims team in June 2008 and is now responsible for day to day clinic administration and customer care |

Claire Coonan - Clinic Administrator Claire began working in the Sims Clinic in August 2008 as a Clinic Administrator, joining us from her role as a Technical Administrator in Bizquip Limited, having worked previously as a Medical Secretary in a GP Practice. Claire went to school in Muckross Park College in Donnybrook, after which she studied Information Technology, with a background in Technical Administration and Customer Service she brings with her excellent IT and Communication skills. She shares responsibility for day to day clinic administration and customer care. |

Adriana Karolewska - Administrator Adriana joined Sims as File Clerk/Office Assistant in June 2007. Having spent a year in Hamburg studying the German language she returned home to Poland where she graduated from the University of Torun. Following some time spent working in the District Labour Office in Poland, Adriana came to Ireland where she has been living and working for the past two years. Adriana is responsible for the organisation and upkeep of patient records and assists the administration team with general office duties. |
